Modified Operation: COVID-19

The Law Office of Jennifer Daniel will continue to operate under modified conditions during the outbreak and resulting isolation order issued by the State of California.  Office staff will abide by the State’s orders and may have modified work hours to limit our exposure to one another and to the public.

We are working to help clients complete health care directives, powers of attorney, wills, and trusts.  Most clients will be offered remote/electronic appointments.  Jennifer will continue to meet with clients remotely, via phone, video conference, or email.  If you have a platform that you prefer, please let us know.

The office is routinely sanitized.  If clients visit the office in person, masks are encouraged.  Surface areas will be sanitized before, during, and after the visit.  Social distancing will be practiced.  Windows are opened during meetings to allow for fresh air to circulate.

If you have any symptoms whatsoever, your appointment can be managed remotely.  Please either reschedule your appointment or conduct your meeting remotely if you are in any way symptomatic.  Please be courteous and contact us ahead of time if you have any of the following symptoms: coughing, sneezing, wheezing, fever, watery eyes, sore throat, “allergies,” or burning in your chest.

If you prefer, documents will be electronically delivered and can be notarized for you later, if necessary.  Alternatively, clients may hire a notary themselves.  While this is not ideal, it can ensure that clients are still receiving important services during this crisis.

Thank you for understanding.  Our cooperation with the new mandate is critical to our health.
